Nope. And if you'd bothered to read the article you just linked to, you'd have realized that I was correct and you're (again) confused.

The article says that Giffords was shot with a Glock 19, and the gun being raffled is a Glock 23.

Completely different guns. One shoots a 9mm, the other a .40 caliber bullet. And definitely NOT, as you stated incorrectly, the same model.
