Of course you should "expect" it. You shouldn't "assume" it. You do know the difference, right?

You seem to be saying that when dealing with banks one should not expect to be treated ethically, eh? If consumers can no longer trust that they're being treated ethically, the only alternative is to put in place ironclad regulations. It's either one or the other.
