I'm seeing an interesting pattern to your posts, clo. Do you only get "news" from sites that lean the direction you want?

Keep in mind that this is coming from someone who doesn't watch Fox News because it is too biased.

New CNN poll shows Obama pulling away from Republicans
2012 presidential race, Polls — posted by scottpowers on December, 21 2011 9:44 AM

A new CNN national poll of registered voters finds that President Barack Obama is building leads on Republican candidates.

The poll, conducted Dec. 16-18 by ORC International, shows Obama with overall 7 point leads on both Mitt Romney and Ron Paul (both 52-45) and much bigger leads on Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry.

In all cases Obama has improved against the Republicans since CNN and ORC asked the same questions in November.

The campaign of U.S. Rep. Paul, R-Texas, espouses a glimmer of good news this morning, noting that he is the only Republican beating Obama among independent voters, 48-47. Obama enjoys double-digit advantages over the other Republicans among Independent voters.

The poll did not ask about Jon Huntsman or Rick Santorum.

The poll was based on 928 telephone interviews and claims a margin of error of 3 percent.
