Newt Gingrich tells gay voter in Iowa to ‘support Obama’

Republican presidential candidates have continuously been confronted by gay voters throughout the primary campaign season, and Tuesday former House Speaker Newt Gingrich seemed to have enough of it.
When confronted by a Scott Arnold, a gay professor at William Penn University, at a campaign stop in Oskaloosa, Iowa Tuesday night, Mr. Gingrich told Mr. Arnold to vote for President Barack Obama if the issue of same sex marriage was important to him.
