If you can't see the difference in the carnival like scene from the two in your neighborhood...
Many of my neighbors have displays & I think they're great. The one in question IS tacky & garish, but unless they were situated where the lights affected me I wouldn't say a word, Unless asked for my opinion.
My neighbors are terrific. Except one, they have a barking dog & in the warm weather let him bark for hours. Now I know I could call the police & complain, a dog barking longer then 15 minutes isn't 'allowed', yet I haven't, for years.
So get off YOUR SOAP BOX! ;))
