Those staunch Evangelical Christians down in South Carolina will really be conflicted as they go to the polls next week. After all, when was the last time that a Republican slate was so full of 'non-Christians' (i.e. Catholics and Mormons). In their sense, only Rick Perry and Ron Paul are 'normal' Christians and in Paul's case, while he's officially listed as a Baptist, I can't recall him ever making much of that in his campaign rhetoric and his son Rand Paul, whom many say he's laying the groundwork for as a future presidential candidate, is Presbyterian, which to some is like being Catholic but without all the incense and knelling.
