A U.S. district judge in Richmond ruled Friday against a suit aimed at placing Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, Jon Huntsman and Rick Santorum on the Virginia ballot for the Republican primary March 6. The suit followed Gingrich's and Perry's failure to meet the signature requirement last month. Mitt Romney and Ron Paul were the only candidates who qualified for the ballot.
