Amway turned out to be the most divisive scam in our family... Two families, a niece and her winger husband, a nephew and his wife, became completely engulfed... the niece has since split away, has her own home business, and discarded the Amway crap, but the other guy, they were into scamming friends, family, to push their lines... he lost his job at IBM, too much time spent on Amway is my guess, when the well ran dry locally, they moved to ID, he ended up as a sears repairman, but still plays Amway games... Even his parents had to put up some walls for their own security... Firewalls, so to speak.. An evil organization...
Yes, the Blackhawk connection also is known, they tried to hide it, I'm still surprised they haven't been clamped down, or whoever the current company is.. Imagine the dollars they get to shovel into politics now... Remember those roomfuls of cash in Iraqq? I bet a lot went right into their warehouses... Not sure if their new HQ was ever built, was it NV?? Lost track...
