The poster-child for all that was wrong with the housing bubble, Casey Serin ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casey_Serin ), was big on Jamba Juice. His favorite? The infamous wheatgrass shot... a vile brew almost as disgusting as it was expensive... and which he used to down daily despite owing close to $2 million on a bunch of empty houses he wasn't able to unload and never having had so much as a penny to his name.

the stylish metrosexual, note his 'murse.'

Casey's blog, IAmFacingForeclosure.com really was one of the most entertaining things I've ever read. Unfortunately, he erased it before going belly up and auctioning off everything he had (including the website and his wife.). The blog really SHOULD have been preserved in perpetuity - if only for its entertainment value. Its loss as a historical artifact of the Housing lunacy is incalculable... No one will ever believe in a few years that such a moron was able to go on an incredible buying spree and create so much chaos all by himself.

Casey must have broken a hundred laws... but so far as I know, he hasn't served a day in jail for any of it.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
