I thought Germany was "best off" in the EU???

Well with what I just heard on the talking heads, asking the Bernak questions. We have printed 2.08 trillion $$$ for the EU and guess who got the most? Germany. 638 billion $$. Mr Burton asked the B, how are we doing this and make it make sense. He said, It appears to me, you are cooking the books to make all this work and be acceptable to the American public!!!!
