Zimmerman claimed Trayvon attacked him from behind, yet Trayvon is killed with a bullet in his CHEST...
...perhaps zimmerman turned around, or perhaps he shot over his shoulder. I saw a case once where a victim was attacked from behid and the attacker was stabbed in the crotch. To help you decide whether or not this was possible / jusified, let me point out that the attacker was a guy and the victim was female.
After knowing this area soooo well, WHY did he need to step out of the truck to know which street he was on?
...you know the name of every street, alley, hiway and byway in your neighborhood? I expect not.

...if your son went to the store for some tea and skittles and perhaps a little wacky weed and didn't come back for three days wouldn't you be out looking for him or perhaps call the police yourself? Looks like Trayvons family didn't see anything unusual here.
