clo hasn't thought her statement through. If she did, she'd realize the corner it paints her into in many, MANY other situations - beginning with one that I think is near and dear to her heart: Battered women.
I'd LOVE to hear her defense of a man who beats up a woman after she hits him.
But that's not going to happen, because although clo SAYS the person creating the problem can't claim to be a victim, her memory and application of it will be selective. She'll change her rule when it becomes inconvenient.
Right, clo? Because if not, if you REALLY believe what you wrote, then it sets the stage for a very, VERY interesting discussion of ethics, right and wrong, liberalism, conservatism, freedom, slavery, individualism and hive mentality.
