You "obviously" need to do some thinking outside the box, ktc. Abortion is not preventing population growth in the countries that have it. It didn't even solve the problem in China - which had draconian enforcement measures that went waaay beyond what I would find acceptable in any country I could call home.

Sterilization is the inevitable answer, particularly for those who are having kids despite being on public assistance.
