...if you can afford, on your own without govt assistance, 30 or 40 babies, I don't care if ya have em. If you can afford that many and raise that many, the children will likely be self sufficient when they grown up. Social darwinism in action. Breed smarter and more productive people. For the folks on gubmint assistance, we don't want to breed a dumber or lazier citizenry.
...BTW: How come liberals only believe in darwinism / evolution when it is about "how man evolved" and never when it is applied to "how man is evolving"?
