Arresting the person responsible for killing an UNarmed teenager (after being told in the 911 call, we don't need you doing that (following), is NOT a 'presumption'.
They had a UNarmed dead 17 yr old.

If Zimmerman stayed in his car, with his gun, Trayvon would be alive & Zimmerman would be free.
That was Zimmerman's decision.

Now we will have a trial (as long as 'Stand your ground' doesn't meet the law in this case) otherwise a judge could throw this out before trial.

Your inflammatory hyperbolic language is inappropriate.

re: "The White man was never arrested at the time of the killing...
The White killer was arrested ONLY after it became known."

You're very naive to how criminal investigations work, clo. It is very common for arrests to take months. Even years.

But then, I like that. I'm biased in the direction of CAUTION since an arrest, and trial, and massive legal fees, can pretty much ruin a person's life. I don't want innocent people tried, and I believe in the presumption of innocence. I don't want the police rushing to arrest people who may have been defending themselves.

You, obviously, prefer the presumption of guilt. You aren't alone in that. Stalin was the same way.

Between Russia and China, that policy killed sixty million people, by the way. But, if you believe in it, more power to ya!
