A 6'3" teenager is quite capable of beating a man to death with fists, clo.

Check this out, clo. A 17 year old robs a father of three . . . and beats him to death. I suppose if the father had drawn a gun and defended himself, you'd be stringing him up as a result.

But only if the victim was black, of course. Because you judge people by their skin color.

The son of a man beaten to death in Elmwood Park said he wants to see the accused youth tried as an adult.

Police announced an arrest Friday in the death of 50-year-old Corey Berry, a father of three found in the park near Henderson Highway and Harbison Avenue West. Police said the teen allegedly went up to Berry early last Friday morning and physically assaulted him as part of a robbery, before fleeing. A family member found Berry with upper-body injuries then alerted emergency officials.

The 17-year-old was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree murder, said police.

Arresting the person responsible for killing an UNarmed teenager (after being told in the 911 call, we don't need you doing that (following), is NOT a 'presumption'.
They had a UNarmed dead 17 yr old.

If Zimmerman stayed in his car, with his gun, Trayvon would be alive & Zimmerman would be free.
That was Zimmerman's decision.

Now we will have a trial (as long as 'Stand your ground' doesn't meet the law in this case) otherwise a judge could throw this out before trial.

Your inflammatory hyperbolic language is inappropriate.
