Check this out, clo. A 17 year old robs a father of three . . . and beats him to death. I suppose if the father had drawn a gun and defended himself, you'd be stringing him up as a result. Police announced an arrest Friday in the death of 50-year-old Corey Berry, a father of three found in the park near Henderson Highway and Harbison Avenue West. Police said the teen allegedly went up to Berry early last Friday morning and physically assaulted him as part of a robbery, before fleeing. A family member found Berry with upper-body injuries then alerted emergency officials. The 17-year-old was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree murder, said police.
