That's what I'd expect too. This thing reeks of of the Rodney King fiasco. However, I suspect that because of the lessons learned in Rodney King trial #1 (okay, it was the police who were on trial), a conviction will be guaranteed in the first go around.
This is still America, so I find the prospect of a rigged trial sickening.
