Shuffles,

Does this seem better immediately after restarting the computer, then slowly seem to get worse? Or do you have this issue all of the time?

If you can give us an idea of your computer specs, it would help, too. How old is it, what type and speed of processor and memory, etc.

I am having a problem with the net. For example I type this and it doesn't show up on the screen for a while. I just did a CNET speedtest and they say my connection is 15,000 Kbps. My virus definitions are up to date (Trend Micro)and the scans come out clean. I am using Maxthon right now, but have the same problem with IE. Just typing this has me tearing my hair out. Actually, this is the worst I have encountered. Also am having problems going from one site to another. I get there eventually. What is going on? What to do?
