Isn't it funny how most folks today will not work unless they are making $10 to $20 an hour? I started working after school for 45 cents an hour, sweeping floors. In the 70's I worked evenings for $3 an hour so I could run my business during the day. (I spent an average of two hours a night after work, washing the carbon-black off.) I jumped at the chance to work for $5 an hour because I knew that I could work my way up the pay scale. But then, I was raised to believe that I should be responcible for myself. Nobody ever owed me anything I did not earn. I knew I was not 'entitled' to anything I did not work to earn.
