Economic recovery has to be seen in the light of the trillions of borrowed and newly-minted money expended to keep our economy afloat.

If you're blind as a bat, deficits and debt don't matter since interest rates are historically low and none of the "free money" has to be paid back. It's magic!

BTW, all stimulus spending is equal. Pissing it away or giving it to Wall Street Scumbags is just as good as investing it wisely in our economy. The basic idea is to promote corruption, inequity, idleness, uselessness, and insolvency.
