Just remember, if Willard picks Rubio he would still need to find an Hispanic as he does not actually qualify as one outside of Miami and even there his support among the Cuban community is not as strong as it should be because of the fantasy that he tried to promote all those years about how his family fled Cuba to avoid Castro. Besides, his support for a 'Dream' program will turn off all the bigots in the party.

As for the Zimmerman trial, his defense team has already opted for a long trial date which means that nothing significant will be in the media until well after the November elections.

re: "It's hard to imagine those numbers going any higher on election day."

You should take a lesson from Joe, clo. The author of your article is so caught up in his politics that he can't distinguish between truth and hopefulness.

He says he can't imagine Romney's numbers with Hispanics going any higher. Oh, really? What if Romney selects a Hispanic running mate? What if the Trayvon Martin / George Zimmerman trial flares up again and is widely interpreted as a major attack by liberals against a visibly Hispanic male?

I don't know if either of these things will happen, but using about a hundredth of my imagination and 10 seconds of my time, I came up with two things that will almost certainly increase Romney's popularity with Hispanics.

There's something seriously wrong with your author that he can't do the same.

And with you, for posting such a ridiculous piece.

Were you a cheerleader in High School? Somehow, I'm getting the impression you were.
