I have no idea, but:
(1) Erectile dysfunction medication is not likely to kill anyone (unless they get hit over the head or poisoned with it.)
(2) I think doctors and pharmacists should have the right to refuse to participate in anything they wish. It's still a free country, isn't it, OCU?
Of course, if their inaction harms someone or violates the oath they took when they were certified, they might lose their licenses to practice. I'd be fine with that, though. That's between them and what I think are private organizations... and government should butt out.
