Some differences for me, I would NOT have had a gun.
I would NOT have left my car, I would have waited for the police.

That said, if Trayvon punched me, my first response would be to react & hit back. If he knocked me to the ground, I would roll, I'd have the weight advantage, unless he knocked me unconsious, which he didn't.
George claimed Trayvon was pounding his head into the curb, he feared he would die. No concussion, a few abrasions. Didn't look life threatening, looked like he was knocked to the ground or was rolling on the ground.

I would have hit Trayvon, why didn't George the neighborhood watchman? He was armed, with fists, & a gun, he used his gun. A natural response would be to defend ones self, IF YOU were the one being attacked.

More needs to be revealed, under oath.

If you exclude the gender difference and my other weaknesses, if a 140-pound person pinned 210-pound me to the ground and started pounding me into the sidewalk, I would fear for my life, as well. No telling how I would react.

What would you have done in that position, clo?
