I've seen Penn on other networks address this issue & I concur.
For years I've said as long as alcohol & tobacco are legal, marijuana should be too. I'd even include cocaine.
Tax the drugs, sell in drug stores.
Of course this applies to ADULTS, not minors.
It's illegal to drive while impaired (on anything) so this wouldn't put drivers at a greater risk.
IMO, this would help empty the overpopulated prisons of non-violent offenders.
This would also have an impact on Mexican drug-lords.
And Afghanistan would have a legit path for their bumper crops.
