As the public learns more, I'm expecting the outrage to shift from George Zimmerman to the D.A.'s office. This case really should be dropped... and those involved on the D.A.'s staff FIRED. But will either of those things happen?? Probably not - although a trial and acquittal would be incredibly embarrassing to TPTB.
Political pressure, instead of facts and evidence, continue to weigh heavily on this case.

As evidence continues to emerge from the shooting death of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, Americans are becoming more convinced that his killer acted in self-defense and that the legal system will come to that conclusion.

Forty percent (40%) now think George Zimmerman, who has been charged with second degree murder in the Martin shooting, acted in self-defense. That’s up 25 points from 15% in March.
