It's pretty funny that you posted that, clo. Leftist ideology would not SURVIVE if critical thinking skills became widespread. Therefore, you can be assured, they will not be taught to any significant degree in our public schools.
But it sounds as if the term is now being used as a new buzz word by a bunch of clueless liberals who can't critically think their way out of a paper bag.
Critical Thinking Skill #1) Delay your conclusions until the facts are known.
