The Founders separated church and state, and marriage is a church issue not a state issue, and shouldn't be a state issue, MORON!

The state looks as ALL as EQUAL. Get your priests and shove them.

Good try, but you're again showing your ignorance, clo. There's nothing in the Constitution about marriage.

Which is a little unfortunate since it could have saved us a lot of trouble if it had defined marriage as being between one man and one woman *OR* stated that marriage was a religious matter of no more concern to government than a business partnership.

Instead, we've got government sticking its hands deep into a religious institution when it has no real justification for doing so.

The Founders were smart, but I'm sure they never dreamed that something as absurd as 'Homosexual Marriage' would ever be taken seriously in the United States.
