We are currently exporting more refined fuels than we have done in many years. If we have enough excess capacity to start being a major EXPORTER of petroleum products, how is it that we need to start drilling for even more oil? We're obviously not able to use all that we're producing now, so why drill for more? Who's going to benefit? Certainly not the average driver if we're already selling what we can't use now.

And I suppose having an administration that lies when it says it is "committed" to expediting, extending, and providing incentives to increase domestic oil and gas exploration and production and then actually does the opposite has no impact whatsoever on any of this, eh?
