He's incapable. That's clear to everyone on the board. He didn't even come up with "bloviating" by himself. He saw clo use it three days ago and apparently thought he could make himself look more intelligent if he started saying it too.
I'll credit him with one thing, though. At least he's TRYING to improve his standing in the intelligence department. The other liberals here are quite a bit more intelligent than he is but, except for ktc, they have no interest in improving themselves.
Frankly, I'm unsure which of the two is more pathetic: The mean-spirited dope who wants to improve, or a group of liberal puppets who COULD, but don't try, to think for themselves at all. (All they post are cartoons, articles, and talking points they've been handed by their Masters.)
