I grant you, without a tax break they are not
economically feasible . . . but, with tax
breaks they are.
(Note I do favor giving them tax breaks - but NOT subsidies.)
I'd like to see them tried.
What I'd like to read about, is somebody using
wind mills to power a process where West Texas
cow turds get 'digested' into methane and then
processed into diesel fuel.
