You advocate an IQ based criteria for voting.

All these spears and guns and nuclear weapons ... maybe just dumb folk should vote, then we'd all be happy eating grubs and mealworms in gods paradise instead of prancing about as sluts, talk show phenoms, an interweb geniuses.
Elitism is fun and all, but I prefer to make fewer assumptions, it seems time and again when we do so we lose value.
I know a guy that, I am confident, would score sub-100 on an IQ test. The dude can walk up to a 50 thousand pound piece of depression era machinery running at full capacity (but not running to spec), pause, feel it (big things rumble), shut it down and go diretly to one of the thousands of parts, adjust it, and boom ... smooth as silk. Barely literate. Socially an "idiot". But I pretend not to know the individual's voter value. The notion of pluralism is that that we cannot pretend to know in advance ...so we give one vote per adult human and see how it plays out.
Much of what you speak towards happens on its own. Plenty of folks don't vote. The more clever on an IQ test likely see better representation.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, your ego-centric arrogant fucking disgusting categorization of humans represents the worst in anybody.
