I only want to see career welfare moms sterilized. That's a fairly straight-forward thing. If you can't care for your kid financially, you're an unfit parent. If you don't want to be sterilized, it's a free country... but don't ask the public to help pay the costs for your child.

A voting test is sufficient in my view to solve the greater problem of mental incompetents getting to make far too many of the rules.
