Well, apparently ... at least according to ol' Joe Biden, anyway ... here are four people who should not be eligible to vote because they admittedly would have had absolutely no chance in life if it had not been for government largesse ...

Vice President Joe Biden said Tuesday that his wife, as well as the wife of President Barack Obama, would have had “no chance” in life had it not been for government help. According to vice presidential pool reports:

Vice President Biden met with leaders from 10 colleges this afternoon to kick off a new effort to increase transparency in financial aid packages. …

“I know, literally, Barack and I talk about it. Neither one of us would have had any shot,” Biden said. “The same with our wives. Both wives are smarter than both of us. Literally, these very accomplished women would not have any chance without some help.”

Barry & Michelle Soetoro and Joe & Jill Biden - what a bunch of losers! Rolling Eyes

re: "I do not mean benefits that are earned - wages and benefits paid to government employees or Social Security recipients who paid into the system."

Care would have to be taken to prevent politicians from awarding token "jobs" that pay what might as well be welfare money and grant the recipient the right to vote. Suppose the "job" is to care for your own child.

It's difficult to decide at what point government workers transition over to being government beneficiaries. And it's still more difficult when it comes to government contractors.
