I know a guy who's driven a BMW 850 for years and he has never used anything other than 'regular'. But then I can't count the number of times I've stood at the gas pump and watched the next person over putting 'premium' in a Toyota Camry or a Honda Civic. Even when my wife had her Cadillac, I never put premium in it (she might have once in awhile ;-)
Heh, I haven't used "supreme" for many, many years, only 87 as the vehicles were designed for.. Old day of lively bikes, some cars, we'd head to out airport for 100+ octane before heading to the drag strip.. But a lot of that was just in our heads... Friend's 'vette requires 92 or better, but pretty pointles for a LOL's ride.. She's never put her foot in it... Now my inlaw's SuperSnake 750 HP Cobra, now that's a different story.. A real trip... My F150, 3V 5.4L anything over 87's a waste..
