There's some live cameras out on the web, too... the ISS guy is also videoing the transit I think...

Good catch! I don't trust my welder's mask filters, I'll watch in on-screen...

Did I post the shadow pics form the eclipse here? Maybe just emailed 'em..

One of the guys in our office put some really dark filters over the lens of an 8 X 50 pair of binoculars and a bunch of us went out to the parking lot and took a look at the 'Transit of Venus' (the next occurrence will be over a 100 years from now). When I saw it Venus was at about the 1:00 o'clock position on the face of the Sun. It was really cool. A partial eclipse of the Sun a couple of weeks ago and now this. There's a lot happening in the heavens, if you just need to stop and look up Shocked
