ribit, the first house I rented was a one bedroom house. It was clean and I paid $35 a month plus utilities. But then I was making $70 a week 9FOR 40 HOURS) before taxes. I quickly learned that working 60 to 80 hours a week was not so bad.
As long as we are on one of my favorite subjects (poop) me and mz ribit rented a house that the previous tenant had a monkey. They kept the monkey in a spare bedroom. His hobby was pooping and smearing it on the walls. He also thought the top shelf in the closet was a great place to poop. The lady who owned the place rented it to us without us having to make a deposit because we told her we would clean it up and paint it. It was a two bedroom house and the rent was $70.00 a month.
