There was no stock market collapse under Clinton. See charts below. The Nasdaq bubble created in 1999 blew up in 2000 causing a tech panic. The stock market did not collapse regardless of what Annie tells you.

Now . . if you was honest enough to recognize that
Clinton and the stock market bubble of the 1990's
which ended in the disastrous market collapse of 2000
was much the same thing . . .

And do you recall the name of that banking segregation
law passed after the 1929 market collapse . . . .
