Good job! That is what FATHER'S do for their children when they have needs that they simply cannot take care of on their own AND this soundls well planned out on both daughter's parts.
This a bit different. #2 daughter has chronic health problems. #1 daughter wants her to have a house next to her should #2 become incapacitated or needy in any way. #2 is very bright, has scoped out the property, and asked (told) me to buy it. It's a decent investment property in any case, so it's a done deal.
