Ah, a term I recently learned from clo for such a person is "tall drink of water."

The cannibal who allegedly ate the bum in Florida was also a tall drink of water. He was innocent of the crime, by the way. The homeless guy assaulted the 'drink' with his whiteness! And the incompetent Florida policeman showed up and shot the wrong guy!!

Murder charges against both of these evil white men will be forthcoming, I'm sure.
