An ongoing Gallop poll asks who is responsible for the economic downturn

George W. Bush greatly 68

Also, Republicans are more ready to blame Bush than Democrats are to blame Obama. These numbers have been pretty constant for the last year or so.

We feel that this is very important in the upcoming election and will have a material affect on its outcome.
