Obviously not the part where you live.

My wife and I almost never pay tolls. In fact, we'll probably give up our two EZ Pass transponders soon. TPTB have decided to charge $1/month for them. In our case, they aren't worth it.

Richmond.
I got a would be son-in-law lives there . . .
easiest and shortest way to get there involves a
3$ toll.

One night I took the wrong exit . . a girl friend
of my girlfriend was in the car . . and she had a
GPS direction giving phone . . . that blasted
thing took us through every toll booth it could
find. (I was never so glad to find I-64 to head
home.)
