What a crazy, delightful ever changing world! Who could have thought that in 2012 young people in Moscow would put on a "flash mob" happening,
dancing to an 83 year old American song written by a Russian born American-Jew (Irving Berlin) whose last name is the capital of Germany.

BTW, I've stood almost exactly where this video was shot. Check the photo below (taken in April, 1994)...

Note that his building is one of several built during the Stalin era which share a certain look, in this case the building is part of the Moscow State University, which might explain why a lot of people in the video look like they could be college students.
