Rubio missed a golden opportunity.
He should have come out with his plan & then maybe, just maybe BOTH parties would WORK to get something positive accomplished.
He would have looked like a leader, instead, he has declined to take any action at this time.

Rubio's not even on the short list for VP, so he doesn't need to fret about putting Muffin in a tough spot. Muffin put himself in a box, and even after five days hasn't answered the questions about how he would handle this.

...I don't disagree with his policy, but I do disagree with him tossing the constitution in the shitcan and ruling by decree. Remember what goes around comes around. Presidential decrees should be limited pretty much to naming irrelevant holidays.
