Decomp previously posted that he believes clo is intelligent ... or, at least, she was at one time. I think Decomp gives her way too much credit. clo is an automaton, who regurgitates whatever her "betters" tell her to think. Whenever you challenge her to think or speak for herself, she becomes incoherent - just like her boy-wonder in The White House.
