Thanks for asking. My #1 daughter and her husband decided to buy the home themselves as an investment property until #2 daughter wants to move in. #2 doesn't want to uproot her family at this time although it's only four miles away on the other side of my home. It's a nice and generous family thing #1 is doing. As usual, I'm very proud of her. Repairs and renovation will also be a family affair. Good experience for the kids.
