as taxpayers, we have every right to expect something back. Don't lose sight of that, or ever confused it for charity.

If ya expect the gubmint to help you out, you are in for a big disappointment. Even though you pay taxes and support em, when you need help, you will likely find that you are not eligible.

Essentially.

My proposal would involve a contract. If a person is otherwise eligible, he or she would sign away any right to reproduce, go under the knife and live the carefree life of the willfully welfared.

But, as for taking something from the government...

There's not anything wrong with doing that most of the time. After all, as taxpayers, we have every right to expect something back. Don't lose sight of that, or ever confused it for charity.
