One of my relatives took up with a guy who went into trucking. He did it for a couple of years, then totalled the rig coming down a steep grade in Nevada. Killed his driving partner. Ended his brief career. Dangerous job.

I had an uncle who was a truck driver. He died in a wreck in Arizona after being run off the road. One of his sons was also a truck driver. He died when his truck hit ice and went off a bridge, into a river.
