'Taking care of Some One' . . .

'Protecting' Some One?
For my money . . the War On Terror is about protecting
All The People . . by attacking and killing terrorists
and their sponsors where-ever they may be.
'Taking care of People' - involves feeding, housing,
changing their diapers, etc. etc.
