Yeah, the unions are pissed (DNC held in a right-to-work state; impotent Obama could do nothing but watch the unions implode in the Wisconsin recall elections; etc.), so they're holding whatever money they have left in their coffers. Of course, that's part of the problem, too ... the unions have pissed away millions and millions and millions of dollars confiscated from their members on recent races where they got their asses kicked. Poor bastards! 
As for McCaskill ... clo can spin whatever cow muffins her puppet-masters want to feed her, but the undeniable truth is that McCaskill has to minimize her exposure with Barry Soetoro and his regime, as much as possible, if she has any hope whatsoever of even coming close to holding onto her seat in the Senate. McCaskill can spout whatever kind of BS she thinks gullible toadies like clo will swallow whole, but she isn't going to go out of her way to tie herself to the mast of the crippled and sinking S.S. Soetoro. However, it will all be for naught on her part, anyway ... she is going to lose.
